Diploma in Office Admin (TVET)

Office Admin covers the key areas of administration in the modern business environment. Learners will develop skills in word processing, spread sheet, database and presentation software, as well as practical use of social media software and web applications for business purposes. Interpersonal skills and experience of research, planning and organising work are also covered, including delivering presentations effectively to an audience. The qualification also develops knowledge and application of legal and ethical issues in relation to the workplace and handling and management of data and information.

Diploma in Office Admin provides learners with a progression route into employment of general administrative, supervisory or management role in small-to- medium sized organizations, or a more specialist post within a larger business. It also provides the foundation to manage their own business in the future.
